The Trustee shall distribute…[insert amount, percentage of the estate or "the rest and remainder of my estate"] to the UC San Diego Foundation, a not for profit corporation (Tax ID#: 95-2872494), located in La Jolla, California, to support UC San Diego and [insert program, department, school, research area or fund number], to be managed with oversight from the assigned business officer and campus leadership, in accordance with all applicable University of California and UC San Diego policies and procedures.
